Do you easily lack motivation?

One day you’re up and running ready to take over the world, the next day you’re tired and out; your motivation is gone, you feel like giving up, or perhaps, you’re already half way through, suddenly you start wondering if you can go through with your plan.
I have good news for you, a tool actually, a tool that will help you stay focused, focus that will keep you motivated and on track.
Journaling will help you do the little things, little things that when left undone become big things, big things that make you loose motivation.
Get a journal and write, write those little things that make you loose motivation, as you write; pay attention, you’ll see the things you need to do to handle those demotivations.
Write why you loose the motivation, write also what you can do to stay motivated.
Lastly, on a regular basis pick up your journal and read it, edit it, remove some things, add new ones and keep going.
Journaling, simple as it seems, will help you stay motivated.
