I know one of the dreams of so many of us is to eat whatever we like, whenever we like and not gain weight. I know, I’m also in this WhatsApp group. 😃

Write about it.

Journaling can be a useful tool to help you develop a positive relationship with food and your body.

Start by writing about your current eating habits and any negative thoughts or beliefs you have about food and weight.

Keep a food journal to track your meals, cravings, and emotional eating triggers.

Use your journal to set realistic and healthy eating goals, such as incorporating more whole foods.

Write affirmations and positive self-talk about your body and food choices.

By intentionally journaling about your relationship with food, you can create a balanced and nourishing approach to eating without fearing weight gain.
