Journaling is like having an intimate conversation with yourself, allowing you to explore your desires, ambitions, and dreams. If you’re feeling uncertain about what you want in life, here’s a simple exercise you can try: write down the things you don’t want.

By listing out the things that you don’t want, you create contrast that can bring clarity.
It’s like shining a light on the path you don’t want to take, which in turn helps illuminate the path you truly desire. The process of elimination can be just as powerful as directly identifying your dreams.
So, grab a pen and let your thoughts flow onto the pages of your journal.
Write what makes you feel alive, fulfilled, and passionate. Take note of the things that bring you joy and make your heart skip a beat.
Embrace the path of journaling and watch as clarity gradually emerges.
